With the Bruins and Red Sox both in action in April, it’s a wonderful time to be a sports fan in Boston.
Red Sox principal owner John Henry sat down with Tom Caron and Jim Rice on the set of Red Sox GameDay Live to discuss that topic, as well as looking around the American League East.
Much to everyone’s surprise, the Toronto Blue Jays have seized first place with an 8-3 record. Meanwhile, the Orioles sit in second place, with the 3-6 Red Sox hanging in the basement.
That situation won’t last long, according to Henry.
“I don’t think you can read too much into the first week, week and a half of games,” Henry said. “I think [the Red Sox, Yankees and Rays] should dominate this division.”
