Byron Bitz' Scoring Touch Earns Him Arbella Player of the Week Byron Bitz had a busy week for the Bruins. The 25-year-old forward was moved up to the first line upon the return of Marc Savard, and it didn't take long for Bitz to find the back of the net.

On Wednesday, Bitz scored the first goal of the game against the Minnesota Wild — a goal that would prove to be crucial. The Wild later tied the game at one, but the Bruins would go on to win in a shootout.

Two days later, Bitz assisted on the Bruins' only goal of the game.

Bitz finished the week with a 1-1-2 line and a plus-2 rating as the Bruins went 2-0-1.
