Rasheed Wallace is not shy, and he's also not afraid to speak his mind. That much was clear after Friday night's win over the Toronto Raptors, when the Celtics forward criticized Hedo Turkoglu for flopping.

Wallace is also no stranger to fines, and he was handed his most recent one this weekend by the league, according to ESPNBoston.com, which reports the fine is for $30,000.

"They've got to know that he's a damn flopper," Wallace was quoted as saying on the Web site. "That's all Turkododo do. Flopping shouldn't get you nowhere. He acts like I shot him. … That's not basketball, man. That's not defense. That's garbage, what it is. I'm glad I don't have too much of it left."

Wallace said he plans to appeal the fine.

"What did I say wrong?," Wallace asked reporters. "You know, if they don't want … No, I ain't going to do that," he said before preventing himself from getting into any further trouble.

Wallace scored 15 points in the game against Toronto, knocking down three of his six attempts from 3-point range. He also picked up a technical for complaining to the referees about Turkoglu, bringing his season total to seven and his career total to 303.

The NBA also fined Amare Stoudemire and Tyson Chandler $7,500 each for posting to their Twitter pages during games, which is a violation of league rules.
