The Boston Bruins couldn’t engineer a comeback against the Sabres on Monday night, falling 3-2 to Buffalo despite a late flurry of action.
“It’s always disappointing to lose,” said goalie Tuukka Rask, who replaced starter Tim Thomas after Thomas allowed the third goal in the second period.
Rask spoke to the consistency problems that have plagued the Bruins, echoing captain Zdeno Chara‘s comments from a few days ago by saying the Bruins simply have to find a way to “do it the whole 60 minutes.”
