Marco Scutaro Shows Acrobatic Abilities in Red Sox Infield Red Sox shortstop Marco Scutaro replaced the injured Jacoby Ellsbury at the top of the lineup on Friday against the Rays.

Although Scutaro committed his second error of the season at shortstop in the field, Scutaro displayed his mad hops, leaping to catch a throw from Victor Martinez as Carl Crawford stole second in the third inning.

Is it too early to give Scutaro the nickname “The Flying Scooter?”
