Bruins Nab Nathan Horton as the Former Panther Skates Into His Prime

Bruins Nab Nathan Horton as the Former Panther Skates Into His Prime The Bruins shipped defenseman Dennis Wideman and their second first-round pick (15th overall) of this Friday’s NHL draft to Florida in exchange for forwards Nate Horton and Gregory Campbell.

“The only thing I question is the Bruins giving up that 15th overall pick — I still think the team could have got a very good player there,” NESN.com’s James Murphy told Jade McCarthy during Tuesday’s edition of SportsDesk. “I think that this is a good deal, I like Horton’s potential and I don’t think he’s reached it yet. I like this deal overall.”

Check out Murph’s phone interview with Jade below.
