Report: Bruins Interested in Veteran Winger Bill Guerin

The Bruins could be welcoming back a familiar face to the Hub as the team is speaking with Bill Guerin about a potential return to Boston, according to Radio host and St. Louis Blues writer Andy Strickland.

"The
Bruins are talking to veteran Billy Guerin," Strickland Tweeted Tuesday. "They need to make a roster
move before they can sign him. Pittsburgh remains interested also."

The 39-year old Guerin scored 129 points for the Bruins for two seasons from 2000-02, including a career-high 41 goals in the 2001-02 season. Last season in Pittsburgh, the Worcester, Mass., native scored 21 goals and assisted on 24 more in 78 games played.
