FOXBORO, Mass. — The Patriots held their second walkthrough practice of camp Tuesday morning in an effort to ease the players back to action after Monday night's late session.
The team has conducted 11 practices so far — nine in pads — and it will be back to contact Tuesday afternoon.
It's tough to conduct an exact attendance chart for turnout during walkthroughs, but it was confirmed that defensive lineman Ty Warren, linebacker Gary Guyton and offensive lineman Nick Kaczur were not in attendance. Wes Welker, who was not present during Monday night's in-stadium practice, was there for the walkthrough.
On Monday night, the Patriots released an extended schedule of training camp practices, and the team has plans to conduct double-sessions through Friday. If that holds, they would open camp with nine consecutive days of double-sessions — one more day than 2009.
