Heidi Watney bounced back from an uninspired showing in the first week of NESN's Pigskin Pick 'Em, but after two weeks, Naoko Funayama has the outright lead.
Last week's winners, Naoko and Tom Caron, were tied heading into Monday night's showdown between the 49ers and Saints but had different picks for the game. The Saints' last-second 25-22 win gave Naoko a 4-1 record for the week, running her overall record to 7-3.
Naoko may be leading all NESN personalities, but she's also beating the readers. That's because NESN.com readers posted their second straight 3-2 week to improve their record to 6-4.
TC, Jerry Remy, Kathryn Tappen and Heidi Watney (she went 5-0 this week) are all tied for second with 6-4 records. NESN Daily's Uri Berenguer finds himself in the cellar after two weeks with a 5-5 record.
