On third-and-five from the Giants’ 44-yard line with 59 seconds left in the game, quarterback Eli Manning escaped the Patriots’ pass rush and connected with the villain for a 32-yard circus catch.

The Giants went up 17-14 on a touchdown pass to Plaxico Burress four plays later, while the Patriots left Arizona on the wrong side of history.
