The Versus talk show "The Daily Line," featuring Jenn Sterger as host, has been cancelled due to low ratings.
The Sports Business Journal’s John Ourand posted on his twitter that the show has been 'axed' due to 'anemic ratings.'
Sterger's manager, Phil Reese, told the Associated Press on Oct. 29 that Versus' decision to cancel the show was "unfortunate" yet "part of the business."
The cancellation comes after the Brett Favre scandal, which one would think might boost ratings for the show. Sterger is just now considering meeting with NFL investigators to discuss what exactly happened in 2008 when Favre allegedly sent lewd photos of himself to Sterger, who at the time was a New York Jets reporter.
