Leslie Nielsen Leaves Lasting Baseball Memories From Umpiring Days in 'Naked Gun' Comedy fans across the country were saddened Sunday night to learn of the passing of Leslie Nielsen.

The 84-year-old actor died due to complications from pneumonia.

Though his movies are well-known by just about everyone, he’ll always be remembered by sports fans for his umpiring job from Naked Gun.
