On March 31, The Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, in conjunction with Quidley and Co., will be holding an event showcasing local artist Christal Bjork's work.
While Doug Flutie's most memorable work came during his football-playing days, his most important efforts have come off the field, where he promotes awareness and works to improve the quality of life for individuals with autism.
The foundation, one of the most renowned autism charities in the Greater Boston area, benefits from 100 percent of ticket sales and 10 percent of art sales at the event, held at 118 Newbury St. in Boston.
