Max Pacioretty No Saint, As Gruesome Hit From Behind Against Mark Eaton in December Proves (Video)

Most, if not all hockey fans feel pretty bad about Max Pacioretty, and rightfully so. No athlete ever wishes serious harm upon another, no matter how deep a rivalry or how close a contest may be.

But after watching the video below of Pacioretty drilling Islanders defenseman Mark Eaton this past December and receiving a major boarding penalty and a game misconduct, one has to wonder: How much pity does Eaton have toward the Canadiens forward after the Hab steered him into the glass face-first?

Luckily for Pacioretty, Trevor Gillies was a healthy scratch that night.
