New England Patriots Fred Taylor and Kevin Faulk shared the crown as the oldest running backs in the NFL this past season at age 34.

They’re about to lose the title, as Tiki Barber has filed paperwork to come out of retirement, reports Adam Schefter.

Barber will be 36 prior to next season. The three-time Pro Bowler spent much of the past few years writing two books and as a television personality on NBC.

He led the NFL in yards from scrimmage in 2004 and 2005.
