Ryan Lavarnway’s Big League Stint Might Be Brief, But Catcher Needs to Showcase Talent Now More Than Ever
The NFL lockout appears to be taking its toll on players already.
One of those players — arguably the league's best — happens to be New England's own, quarterback Tom Brady, according to reports.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Brady is selling his 74th-floor, three-bedroom Manhattan condo in Lincoln Square's Time Warner Center. He purchased the pad in 2006 for $14 million but never moved in and has been renting it out for a reported $50,000 per month ever since. Streeteasy.com indicated that he was asking $18.5 million.
StreetEasy also describes the pad as "the epitome of high style this haven is perched on one of the highest floors of the coveted Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Condominium at Time Warner Center! Indulge in a unrivaled living experience at Columbus Circle and be surrounded by the incomparable white-glove hotel amenities. The impeccably-designed three-bed 3.5-bath home that awaits atop this soaring 5 Star residence will captivate even the most discerning NYC luxury-seeker with its sweeping Central Park and River to River views."
