A women's college basketball player and Memphis, Tenn., native was stabbed to death on Wednesday night.
Tina Stewart, a Middle Tennessee State University junior, was stabbed at the Raiders Crossing Apartments in Memphis, according to FOX13 News.
Murfreesboro police say that they have two suspects in custody, and they are looking for a third, suspected to be a female.
"The anguish I feel as a father and a president … but personally as a father with a daughter about the age of Tina cannot adequately be expressed with words," MTSU president Sidney McPhee said in a news conference at the hospital.
