The Desperate Housewives actress got emotional when discussing the divorce, which she said she never expected.
“Our mantra was, ‘Divorce is not an option,'” Longoria said. “We would always kid about that. ‘I’ll kill him before I’ll divorce him.'”
Fortunately, it never came to that.
For Longoria, though, it was only her second-best TV appearance of the week, as her near-wardrobe malfunction on the Late Show With David Letterman brought quite a bit of attention to her new cookbook … or something like that.
