"John Doe 1-50" really has an issue with Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade.

Wade, who has been dealing with hackers for nearly four years, filed a lawsuit against "John Doe 1-50" because he does not know exactly who the hackers of his Twitter and Yahoo accounts are, according to the Sporting News.

The suit was filed in Texas because one owner of an email account used to access Wade's information originated in Tyler, Texas.

Wade claims that for the past four years, hackers have altered his accounts and accessed business and personal information. Wade has also accused the hackers of sending "vulgar and threatening" emails under his name.

The Miami Heat star is now seeking actual and punitive damages and legal fees, as well as the return of all orginal copies of business and personal documents.
