Red Sox pitching coach Curt Young might appear to have an easy job. He has an All-Star closer in Jonathan Papelbon, a reliable setup man in Daniel Bard and a strong starting rotation that routinely pitches six innings or more.

Handling a bullpen is always a challenge, however, as Young explained to NESN's Peter Gammons on the Ultimate Red Sox Show.
