Bruins’ Stanley Cup Ceremony Will Be ‘Raucous,’ But B’s Ready to Turn Page and Begin Defense

The Bruins are ready to go, and by all accounts, the TD Garden crowd will be ready to pick up right where it left off last season on Thursday night.

That's when the B's will open their 2011-12 season in a season opener that will carry more weight than any other in a long time. To a man, the Bruins are excited about the Stanley Cup banner ceremony that will take place before the opener against the Flyers.

As excited as the Bruins are to see what's in store, they also know that once the pomp and circumstance is through, it's time to get back on the ice and try to defend their title.

See the video above from NESN Daily for more from Bruins practice on Wednesday, as well as analysis from Jack Edwards and Andy Brickley.
