The Bruins fell behind the Sharks 2-0 on Saturday night before they came roaring back to tie the game. While San Jose would eventually recapture the lead and pick up the win, Milan Lucic points to that early hole as the reason for the loss.
Lucic said that the Bruins were sloppy early on, which is difficult to overcome, especially when playing a team with as much offensive firepower as the Sharks.
Lucic also discussed his progression this season, saying that it has taken him and the B's a little bit of time to get back into the swing of things after such a shortened offseason. But he is seeing improvements.
