During the end of an Oct. 8 game against James Madison, the Maine Black Bears scored a touchdown in overtime to narrow James Madison's lead to one point.

Rather than tie the game with an extra point, the Black Bears elected to go for two points and the win. Quarterback Chris Treister took the snap, rolled right and dove into the endzone while getting hit by a pair of James Madison players. The hit helicoptered Treister into the endzone for the score.

The play is nominated for the Geico College Football Play of the Year. To vote for Treister and view other plays, visit the award's Facebook page.
