Stanford Students Show Off Smarts With Creative Signs on ESPN's 'College GameDay' (Photos)Stanford is ready for a showdown with Oregon.

The Cardinal are ranked fourth in the latest BCS rankings with a 9-0 record. The one-loss Ducks, which played in last year’s championship game, are ranked fifth. The teams meet Saturday night in a game featuring two standout quarterbacks. Andrew Luck, expected to be the No. 1 pick in the NFL draft, leads Stanford, while Darron Thomas sets up in the shotgun for Oregon.

ESPN’s College GameDay visited Palo Alto for the big game, and Cardinal fans showed their support for the home team with some interesting signs.

A few signs were derived from intricate math problems. Others referenced old computer games and recent events.
