With a few more reporters than usual filling the media room at Gillette Stadium on Wednesday morning, Tom Brady knew what was coming when he stepped to the podium.

Just a day after teammate Julian Edelman's arrest for allegedly groping a woman at a Boston nightclub, reporters were quick to ask the quarterback's opinion on the matter.

"We let coach [Bill] Belichick handle that," Brady said. "We're trying to win a football game. That's what's on our mind.

"It's not much for me to talk about," Brady added. "It's not my situation."

Minutes earlier, Belichick offered a similar non-comment, but the coach did say he had talked privately with Edelman and that the team never discloses its internal punishments.
