It’s been 48 years since the 1963 CFL championship game between the BC Lions and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, but bad blood exists between 73-year-oldĀ former players Joe Kapp and Angelo Mosca.

Kapp (former BC Lions quarterback) and Mosca (former Hamilton Tiger-Cats defensive tackle) got into a fight at the CFL Alumni Legends Luncheon in Vancouver on Friday. It resulted in punches and even a swinging cane.

Kapp is reportedly still heated about a hit that Mosca put on BC running back Willie Fleming in the ’63 championship game that many thought was dirty. Kapp refused to shake Mosca’s hand following the game, and time hasn’t been enough to erase the animosity between the two players.
