The Bruins have shown time and time again that they are not afraid to drop the gloves in order to protect each other. They prooved it once again on Monday in Pittsburgh.
After the Penguins bowled over Tim Thomas, a host of white Bruins sweaters converged upon the cage to seek retribution. When the dust settled, it was Gregory Campbell who paired off with Joe Vitale to defend Thomas.
In the end, we witnessed one of the best fights of the season, not to mention some more verbal gold from Jack Edwards.
