New Cubs general manager Theo Epstein‘s shiny new house, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Theo’s five-bedroom, six-bathroom Chi-Town palace has 7,800 square feet of living space including a pair of patios.

The home had been on and off the market since late last year for $2,999,999. Blackhawks forward Patrick Sharp tried to buy the house, as the Tribune reports that Sharp signed a contract to buy the house on Sept. 15, before canceling the contract on Oct. 21, just five days before Epstein closed on it.
