One down, two to go.
Bruins defenseman Andrew Ference served the first game of his three-game suspension on Sunday, when the B's took on the Flyers. Fortunately for Boston, the B's were able to come away with a win despite Ference's absence. But you can bet he'll be chomping at the bit to get back on the ice by the time his suspension's over.
For now, Ference said he's just going to have to deal with the ruling handed down by league disciplinarian Brendan Shanahan. The B's defenseman did say that he's glad the Rangers' Ryan McDonagh – whom he hit in the corner on Saturday to earn the suspension — is OK.
Check out the video to hear more from Ference.
