Interested in betting a third of your annual income on one football game? That's exactly what Birdman, co-founder of Cash Money, claims he will do for Super Bowl XLVI.
As he tweeted on Jan. 23, Birdman is incredibly confident in the Patriots, in large part due to BenJarvus Green-Ellis, who he states is his nephew.
For a guy that claims he tries to wear at least $1 million worth of jewelry and orthodontics every day, the bet probably isn't too big of a concern.
Even though Birdman has the money to spare, the $5 million bet is about 5 percent of his estimated net worth. No matter who you are or what the value is, 5 percent of everything you own is a daring bet.
Don't be too worried that Birdman is going to blow it all. He is an experienced gambler, as seen by his $1 million bet on the Packers last season, and intends to up his wagers in the future.
