The NHL All-Star Game is considered by many to be a poor product especially when compared to the regular season and playoff versions of the sport. So, then, how do you fix it?
The best answer, according to The Instigators, may be to just do away with the game itself. That’s unlikely to happen, however, especially given all of the sponsored elements that go into All-Star weekend.
What if the NHL combined part of the weekend — the skills competition — with the already popular Winter Classic?
Tom Caron, Barry Pederson and Billy Jaffe discussed that and other ways to fix the All-Star weekend. See more in the video above.
