FOXBORO, Mass. — Patriots safety Patrick Chung and linebacker Brandon Spikes are each active Sunday after missing the last seven games with injuries.

Chung (foot) and Spikes (knee) have appeared to be close in recent weeks, but they'll finally get back on the field for the team's regular-season finale, which will give them a good chance to get some game action under their belts before the bye week.

Left tackle Matt Light (ankle) is also active after missing last week's game.

The Patriots' seven inactive players are left guard Logan Mankins (knee), tackle Sebastian Vollmer (foot, back), running back Shane Vereen (hamstring), linebacker Tracy White (abdomen), running back Kevin Faulk, defensive lineman Ron Brace and quarterback Ryan Mallett

Faulk, Brace and Mallett were not on the injury report. The three healthy scratches are tied for the second most of the Patriots' season (five in Week 8 against Pittsburgh).

Mallett won't play for the 15th time this season and the 13th week in a row. Vollmer is out for the 10th time this season and the fifth consecutive week. Vereen is inactive for the ninth time and the fifth straight week. Faulk is out for the third time since coming off the physically unable to perform list. Brace won't play for the second week in a row. White is missing his first game of the season.

Mankins won't play for the first time in his career.
