Even Matt Cooke would call this one dirty.

Late in the Flames-Capitals Tuesday night game, Rene Bourque landed a high elbow across Nicklas Backstrom well after the Caps' center dished the puck away in the neutral zone during Washington's 3-1 win.

According to NHL.com, Bourque, who was called for an elbow on that play, will face disciplinary hearing on Wednesday. Backstrom returned for two more shifts but failed to finish the game.
