Should the Celtics Try to Sign Rasheed Wallace?The Boston Celtics are struggling out of the gate in this condensed season. With a 5-9 record and trade rumors swirling around The Big Three , the C’s are looking for anything that will help turn around their early-season blues.

With the Celtics missing out on Chris Paul and Dwight Howard’s unwillingness to come to Boston, options are slim.

One former Celtic is looking to get back into basketball, and his return could make things very interesting — or at least entertaining.

Yes, that man is Rasheed Wallace.

Wallace is reportedly looking to make a comeback after retiring following the 2009-10 season. During that campaign, Wallace averaged career lows of 9.0 points per game and shot only 40 percent from the field as a part of the Celtics team that lost in seven games to the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals.

The Celtics are desperate to find a spark to their season, and they could use some interior help. Should Danny Ainge try to get Sheed back in green?
