Zdeno Chara apparently isn't getting tired of breaking his own record.

The Bruins defenseman once again won the hardest shot contest at the annual NHL skills competition. This time, Chara dialed it all the way up to 108.8 mph.

That mark breaks the record Chara set last season, when he blasted a 105.9-mph slap shot. Last year's shot broke the record of 105.4 mph, which he set in 2009.

Shea Weber, Chara's biggest competition for the contest, topped out at 106 mph.
