Boston College Players Discuss Importance of Controlling Emotions on Beanpot Monday (Video)

Many Boston College hockey players will tell you that the Beanpot is one of the most exciting times of the year. In fact, a number of the players have compared Beanpot Monday to Christmas morning.

But even though it's hard to focus on anything else when the annual tournament arrives, the Eagles still know that you can't let emotions get the best of you. They admit that's easier said than done, but if emotions aren't kept in check, it could have adverse effects once the puck is dropped.
