Jon Lester and Josh Beckett both addressed the media on Sunday. And while they both took some time to reflect on the Red Sox' disappointing 2011 collapse and the ensuing fallout, it's clear each player is ready to start fresh in 2012.
Lester and Beckett both expressed a desire to go out and prove to Red Sox Nation that the team really does care about winning.
Manager Bobby Valentine said he feels actions speak louder than words, and that the actions he's witnessed thus far down in Fort Myers are reason enough to be optimistic.
