For a little while on Wednesday night, the Bruins were tied with the Ottawa Senators in points — and therefore for first place in the Northeast Division. With a win in St. Louis going final, however, the Bruins regained the lead in the division.
The Bruins have been struggling the last few games, so the Senators have entered back into conversation of divisional contenders. Even though the B's have four games in hand on the Sens, the young team up North has shown no signs of slowing down during the season's stretch run.
