Benoit Pouliot Expected to Move Up Alongside David Krejci, Milan Lucic Against Jets With Rich Peverley Out

The Bruins will have a new look to their lines when they take on the Jets in their final visit to Winnipeg on Friday.

Forward Rich Peverley suffered a third-degree MCL sprain in his right knee when hit by Canadiens defenseman Hal Gill in Montreal on Wednesday. Peverley will be out 4-6 weeks, joining fellow forward Nathan Horton (concussion) on the sidelines.

Peverley had replaced Horton on the top line with David Krejci and Milan Lucic. Benoit Pouliot now moves up to that unit, while Daniel Paille moves up from the fourth line to Pouliot's spot on the third alongside Chris Kelly and Jordan Caron.

Newcomer Josh Hennessy will make his Bruins debut taking Paille's spot on the fourth line with Gregory Campbell and Shawn Thornton. Hennessy, who hails from Rockland, Mass., will be the first Bay State native to suit up for the Bruins since Bobby Allen suited up for 18 games in 2007-08.

Only the line of Patrice Bergeron between Brad Marchand and Tyler Seguin remains unchanged. That's been Boston's most consistent and productive line all season, and will need to play an even bigger role in the offense with the Bruins now down two key forwards.

Bruins coach Claude Julien told reporters after the morning skate in Winnipeg that Tuukka Rask would get the start in net after Tim Thomas played both ends of a back-to-back set Tuesday and Wednesday.

For the Jets, defenseman Zach Bogosian missed Wednesday's 4-3 shootout win in Minnesota on Thursday and is double for this game.

Justin St. Pierre and Dan O'Halloran will be the referees, with Lonnie Cameron and Steve Miller working the lines.
