Vanderbilt is often called "The Harvard of the South."
Kyle Casey could have gone to either, as he was recruited by both before finally deciding to stay close to home and play for the Crimson.
Now, Casey has led Harvard to its first NCAA tournament appearance since 1946. And if that wasn't sweet enough for the junior forward, he'll get to see some familiar faces when the Crimson take on Vandy in Albuquerque.
In fact, Casey said one of his friends down at Vanderbilt already texted him, saying that he'll see him soon.
NESN's Dara McIntosh caught up with Casey on Selection Sunday shortly after Harvard learned its tournament fate. Check out the video above to hear about his day and Harvard's upcoming showdown with Vanderbilt.
