Mickael Pietrus did not show any immediate apparent effects from his hard fall and was cleared to return to Boston.

Pietrus stayed overnight in Philadelphia and was scheduled to return Saturday to Boston, where he would be seen by Celtics medical team officials.

Pietrus injured his head on a hard fall in the second quarter of Friday's game against the 76ers. He was taken off the court on a stretcher and was taken to a hospital, but was not admitted.
