Now that quarterback Peyton Manning has officially departed from Indianapolis, the Colts' first overall pick is as much of a lock as ever.
Moving down, I'm still mocking a trade to the Browns, who will take the second overall selection from St. Louis. I'm predicting the Browns will outbid the Redskins and Dolphins because Cleveland won't be as enticing of an option for Manning or free-agent quarterback Matt Flynn. To complete the trade, let's say the Browns gave up two first-rounders (Nos. 4 and 22), a third- and fourth-rounder in 2012 and a second-rounder in 2013.
Since free agency begins Tuesday, this should be the last mock draft with minimal changes as teams continue to fill their needs on the open market.
