FOXBORO, Mass. — The rivalry between quarterbacks Tom Brady and Peyton Manning has a new twist, and count Patriots owner Robert Kraft among the many who can't wait for the next round.

Manning signed with the Broncos this week, which means he's got a date with the Patriots at Gillette Stadium during the 2012 season. The exact day and time won't be determined until the schedule is released in late April, but the showdown is etched in stone nonetheless.

"The question is when we'll play them," Kraft said Thursday at a Camp Sunshine community event at Gillette Stadium. "I know that CBS is happy that [Manning] in the AFC, but we're playing him here. We're not playing him in Denver, so that's always good. I think it's great for football that we have the rivalry back with Tommy and Peyton. I still think we have the best quarterback in football, so I like our position."
