Chris Neil has been all over the place during the Senators-Rangers series, as the gritty forward has done all he can to get his team going.

He took that to an entirely different level on Monday night in Game 6 in Ottawa when he dropped the gloves with New York’s Brandon Prust in the first period.

Neil, a fan favorite in Ottawa, did even more to endear himself to Sens fans when he actually called on the crowd for more noise and enthusiasm in the middle of the fight.

It worked initially, but the Rangers got the last laugh, winning the game and evening the series and setting up a winner-take-all Game 7 in New York.
