Another classic April Fools’ Day joke.
Michelle Beadle, cohost of ESPN’s SportsNation, was set up by her producers to dress up in a green suit for a supposed 3-D video ad about herself, according to Deadspin. They even covered her face in green dots.
As she was screaming her name and acting like a jet, along with other sports-like actions, the producers were all acting nonchlantly and trying not to break down laughing.
Toward the end of a rehearsal video, she read her lines and she read, “I’m Michelle Beadle. This is no 3-D video. But there is an awesome outtake of me in a green suit.” It took her a little over five seconds to realize that she had been pranked after saying this.
Once she found the video on YouTube, she posted it on her Twitter account and said, “Who needs friends like this?!? Me eating a poop sandwich (you WILL pay @GabeTheWP and @espn_ashley)” along with the link to the video.
No need to go searching for this video. Watch the prank in its entirety below.
