Jacoby Ellsbury’s Solid Effort Against White Sox Doesn’t Silence Leadoff Debate, But It Turns Volume Down a Bit
The start to this Red Sox season is right around the corner. And that means Don Orsillo and Jerry Remy are gearing up for what is sure to be another exciting year.
Bobby Valentine adds vigor to the Red Sox clubhouse and has made some important adjustments to a Boston team that struggled down the stretch of the 2011 season.
The pitching staff has undergone a bit of a transformation as well. Longtime closer Jonathan Papelbon took the money and ran to Philadelphia during the offseason, which led to the Sox acquisition of both Mark Melancon (Houston) and Andrew Bailey (Oakland) to solidify the back end of the bullpen.
Needless to say, there’s been a whole lot of change going on with the franchise this offseason and it’s to be expected that Red Sox Nation has some questions. Well, Jerry Remy may have your answers.
Send your questions in via Twitter, using the hashtag #AskRemy. The best of the bunch will be selected and the longtime Red Sox announcer will answer them live during the third and sixth innings of the Red Sox showdown with the Minnesota Twins on April 1.
