While the Sox are without a homer on the year through two games, they were on the wrong end of five by the Tigers on Saturday afternoon.

This season, he could be due for a return to putting up the kind of stats that made him so desirable in the first place. Gonzo bashed 40 home runs in 2009 at roomy Petco Park. With a full season now spent adjusting to Fenway's dimensions, he could be poised for another run at the big four-oh.
