Daniel Bard wasn't as happy with his start Saturday as he's been with other performances this season, but he still got the win.
He called Saturday's outing "a step backward," pointing to problems he had executing his pitches.
His stat line looked OK, though. To go with the W, Bard allowed just one run in six innings. He did walk four batters and give up eight hits, but he also struck out two.
Bard goes over what happened in his start, as well as which teammates made great plays behind him, on Clubhouse Uncut.
