Northwestern State-Louisiana Tech College Baseball Game Cancelled After Outfield Fence Catches Fire (Photos)

You've heard of rain delays, but a fire delay might be a first.

Northwestern State had to cancel its game against Louisiana Tech because the outfield fence caught on fire. Apparently, a transformer nearby exploded and the fence burst into flames.

The players, to their credit, seemed to take it all in stride. One member of the Louisiana Tech squad posed for a picture in front of the raging inferno.
