Report: Terrell Suggs Tears Achilles, Will Miss Entire 2012 SeasonThe Baltimore Ravens will be without one of their best and most durable defensive players for the entire 2012 season.

Terrell Suggs will miss the entire season after tearing his Achilles while playing basketball during offseason training, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. According to Schefter, Suggs will undergo surgery next week for the injury.

Suggs later contacted ESPN to say that the injury occurred while he was doing a conditioning drill, not while playing basketball, according to SportsCenter.

Suggs is obviously a huge piece of the defensive puzzle in Baltimore. ProFootballFocus.com points this out about how important Suggs truly is to the Ravens.

Suggs was in on 70 tackles last season in addition to 14 sacks for a Baltimore squad that went to the AFC Championship before losing to the Patriots.
